Are your treatments safe for pets and children?
Yes! We use EPA-approved products that are safe when applied correctly. Our staff is trained and certified in proper and safe pesticide use.
How long does it take for your treatments to work?
Results can vary depending on the pest, severity of the infestation, and the conditions on the property. Although some applications may work as early as the day of the application, we recommend to wait a period between 2-4 weeks before seeing noticable results. Multiple applications may be needed depending on infestation level or conducive conditions on property.
Do I need to leave my house during treatment?
For rat and mouse treatments, you do not have to leave the home. For our indoor spray treatments; people and pets cannot enter into the treated areas until the product has dried. No one has to leave the house for exterior pesticide applications, however, we do recommend staying away from the directly treated areas until the product has dried.
Do you offer a guarantee on your services?
Instead of a traditional guarantee, we offer reduced-cost maintenance services if your last service was within 90 days. This helps insure long-term control of pests while only paying for services you need at a more affordable rate.
How can I prevent pests after treatment?
Keeping food sealed, moisture minimized, sealing possible entry points, and following further instructions from our technicians will help minimize the chance of future infestations. If your problem is persistant we can set up long term maintenace services as needed.
How often should I schedule pest control?
This can vary depending on the pest and infestation level. We generally recommend quarterly treatments to properly monitor and maintain properties too minimize the chances of re-infestation. Monthly services may be needed depending on the severity of the issue. Our team can advise you on the best approach for your particular problem.

What should I do before and after my pest control treatment?
Remove cluter, clean food debris, store food properly, and follow any prep instructions we may provide to you. After treatment and drying period for indoor spray applications, items may be returned to their previous locations, paying attention to any recommendations we give you to minimize chances of re-infestation.
